Standard Fees Guide (Effective 1st November 2023)

• Standard Consultation (15 minutes): $42.15 ($85 less $42.85 Medicare rebate)* **

• Long Consultation (20 to 30 minutes): $67.10 ($150 less $82.90 Medicare rebate)* **

• Extended Consultation (40 minutes and over): $77.85 ($200 less $122.15 Medicare rebate)* **

* Children under 16 and Pension Concession Card Holders are bulk-billed. Bulk-billing is not available on weekends. Fees are subject to periodic review. For other fees, please contact reception.

** Phone/Video Consultations will only attract a Medicare rebate if you have physically seen a doctor at Maxim Street Health Hub in the last 12 months. The above gap fees still apply for these Consultations.

Please call at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time to cancel your appointment. A non-attendance without prior notice of cancellation will incur a fee of $40.00

I practice all aspects of general medicine but have special interest in paediatrics, men’s health, family medicine, preventative care, allergies and immunisations. I also provide the following services:

• Implanon insertion and removal

• Spot skin checks (I do not perform full head to toe skin cancer checks)

• Simple skin procedures (shave/punch/excision skin biopsies, wart cryotherapy)

• Ear syringing
